I am writing this review because Rich was an exception (others have been very good as well). He was patient, and explained things great. He was very kind towards everyone. I think he should be the manager of this branch.

I was serviced by an older white gentleman - I didn’t catch his name. He was so kind and helpful!! He even went out of his way to help me with something. This gentleman provided excellent customer service and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at the post office.

There website is glitching when making appointments and rather than try to understand or help the situation she just says “can’t help you bye” so I asked to speak to someone else who was able to be of Help. So Morgan do better and learn your job as a supervisor or get off the pot.
