The self serve package station is great; you can buy a box, seal and address your package, print the label, and leave your package behind a protected drop off wall slot thing. No talking or waiting in line necessary.

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Rich, a USPS employee who helped me last week with my package. He was so helpful explaining to me how to pack my 📦, how to fill out the forms, and to track it. I must say that I had bad experiences with Federal Government agencies back then, however Mr. Rich made me realize not all agencies have bad services. Thank you again, Mr. Rich and keep it up! We need more people like you! 🙌🏼🇺🇸📨📦📭💙

I received notification of 4 packages delivered but found only 3 at my door. Called & spoke with Linda at Rte. 30, Framingham, MA branch. She tracked the package & noted that my postal worker had had to leave before all packages had been unloaded. He had only left with the 3 delivered & the other would be delivered later in the day (which it was). Linda did a good job with the tracking & answering my question (hence the 4 stars), but it bothers me that the delivery person was able to mark a package that he did not have as "delivered." Amazon provides photos of delivered packages, but the USPS does not. Thankfully my item wasn't lost/delivered to the wrong location, but what proof would I have had if there was as problem? The USPS delivery person should have to scan the package as they deliver it to provide proof & time of delivery & produce accurate notifications.

I’ve had several packages go through this location recently that do not receive scans after they’ve been dropped off here. Even when I bring them to the counter. My business relies on timely service and it’s been very slow moving from this location as of late. I can’t imagine what it will be like around the holidays. Last time I went to complain about an item not being scanned they tried to tell me that the label I printed was “bad”. Come to find out it didn’t get scanned until it reached its destination! They try to fool you into believing that it’s your fault, when clearly whoever is handling packages here is not scanning the stuff in. Not good.
