After waiting in line for about 25 minutes, the employee at the counter, Ian, directed me to the self-service printers for a document I needed to ship. Unfortunately, he was completely unhelpful throughout the process. His tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and at one point he commented that he had “other things to print,” despite there being no other customers waiting. His behaviour made the entire interaction unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully, another employee—wearing glasses but without a name tag—noticed the situation and stepped in. He helped me immediately, was patient, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. His assistance truly salvaged the visit. I don’t usually come to this location, and after this experience, I’m not sure I will again. Unprofessional behaviour like this should never be the standard, especially in customer-facing roles.

The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping at all. They charged extra $ for strapping though the return item was tapped and ready to be shipped. His attitude was bizzare and abrupt responses. Professionalism and basic courtesy were seriously lacking. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but customer service should never feel disrespectful. I hope the management addresses this, because experiences like this make customers reconsider using FedEx services altogether.
