  I’ve had great mail carriers for the past eight years but the newest one intentionally stomped on my plants by the mailbox multiple times. I showed a video to the supervisor and he said i should have moved them. They were not blocking the mailbox.

  Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job! By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! In case you haven’t noticed, the last few years there are a lot of people in custom service that shouldn’t be in any kind of customer facing job period!!!

  Some workers are friendlier than others but for the most part every time I drop in things go smoothly. I get Amazon packages fairly often and they have yet to loose one of my parcels. So far so good, been useing this post office for almost 5 months now, will update review if things change. Edit: oh boy, things haven't been going so well. I've learned to live with the long lines, it doesn't matter if they have people going out both doors only two stations will be open to service customers at a single time. Customer service is a swing or Miss, there's a gentleman that works there that is very kind but at the same time there is an older woman who works there who has zero customer service skills. When I shop online it's a roulette spin chance to see if my packages can even be shipped to my PO box, which I pay over $100 a year for. I had a credit card go missing, twice. And as a regular human that has to put up with a nine-to-five grind there is an extraordinarily small window in which I can actually collect my mail since most days they are closed by 5. Suffice to say things could definitely be better.

  Usually have to wait in line for a while but once we get up there the workers are kind and try to move quickly...some of the mail carriers seem to not care so much about where they leave your packages. Just drop them off somewhere and say they've been delivered even if dropped off at wrong place.
