my friend asked the mail lady if his package had come in and she was just being so disrespectful and started saying he was the one being rude. she came out the car and spit him on him and then proceeded to be disrespectful then left. she also said that just for “being rude” he wasn’t going to receive his package.

I went to this post office for the first time in my life. As we well know, sometimes the people at the post office can be at best a little short. (i.e. Lunenburg) ….This was not the case at this post office today when I met Nikki. She was extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. I’ve never met her before, but if we could all be more like Nikki, we’d be better off. Ty Nikki. ….PRP.

Our regular mail man is GREAT. But the temp that we've had was SOOOOO BAD. A LOT of our mail DIDN'T get delivered because our name wasn't on the mailbox . UNACCEPTABLE

I’m a new resident and was having an issue with mail delivery. I was greeted kindly at the site on Main St, and the postmaster even drove out to my residence to make sure the issue was resolved. VERY impressed with the service.Thankyou Fitchburg Postal Service!

They ignored 2 redelivery slips, 2 calls to the office, and my request to redeliver via their online service. Use another carrier if possible, wish I could leave 0 stars
