I was told to purchase tape and they would not provide any to send out with assistance. Any other postal office or 3rd party shipping service would extend assistance any time and provide better customer service than what experienced during mid week

I went in there one time and line with two people ahead of me took 20 minutes for one person to just get through at that point me and the girl ahead of me we're just getting restless waiting while somebody sat in the back doing whatever they could have came and took over the other register they need to get their business in better shape at least for customer service sake not like it's a holiday season
