- BBBecca Mastronardi (Becca)May 18, 20241.0I went in today to drop off some packages and Dawn was so insanely rude to me. I didn't realize that they closed at 12 (which I am fully willing to admit was MY mistake), and instead of politely telling me that they couldn't provide service for me, Dawn berated me for two to three minutes telling me it was ridiculous that I showed up with packages that needed customs done right as they closed, that didn't I realize that I needed to show up earlier for the "hardest thing we do," that I needed to go to the main Agawam branch for that, that she couldn't believe this, all while sighing and loudly locking up around me. I asked if she knew the Agawam branch hours and she said "no, why would I know that?" super rudely yet again. Meanwhile, the older gentleman who works there totally ignored how she was speaking to me as well. I ended up crying in my car afterwards, she was so nasty to me. I work customer service, I get that the general public can be tough to deal with, but there was absolutely no reason for her to talk to me the way she did as well as no reason for her coworker (who is generally a pretty nice guy) to sit there and not say anything as she told off a customer. I wasn't even fighting back trying to get her to provide service. If she had just said "I'm sorry, but we close at noon and I can't ship anything else out today, but ___ Branch is still open." I would have just been on my way! I ended up over at the Holyoke Mall post office and they were so super nice and it didn't take "15 minutes for each package" like Dawn said it would.

Today I waited in line for over 10 mins & no one came to the counter, I politely rang the bell, etc. still no one came while I could hear Dawn chatting away on the phone. My advise to send out any packages go to "Pack & Ship" Agawam, that is what I did today & it will even get there on time too! Save yourself the worry!
