Today I waited in line for over 10 mins & no one came to the counter, I politely rang the bell, etc. still no one came while I could hear Dawn chatting away on the phone. My advise to send out any packages go to "Pack & Ship" Agawam, that is what I did today & it will even get there on time too! Save yourself the worry!
