  Sarah is wonderful. Was very patient with me And helped me understand everything. today Sarah help me with things I had overlooked the first set up. She’s so patient and such a great personality. Very wonderful to work with. I’m sure I’ll see her again.

  I strongly recommend GadgetsMadeEasy. I worked with Ellen who was extremely helpful with setting up my home streaming TV. She is knowledgeable and works with you to get the best price and channel line up for your viewing needs. She patiently answered all my questions. I enjoyed working with Ellen to "cut the cord" from cable TV!

  Recently, my wife and I purchased a new desktop computer, a laptop, and a tablet. As an older couple, we had a number of questions regarding our devices, the numerous apps they come installed with as well as security concerns. Years ago, we could depend on our children to answer any questions we had about our devices. They were part of a generation that "grew up" with the technology. That was then and this is now, and WOW has technology changed!! As our children left home and have their own lives now, we became less dependent on them for help with our devices. We were tired and frustrated at times with having to deal with technicians from Big Box stores who were extremely knowledgeable but were often lacking in patience with older people. We decided to find a business that could provide us with the qualities we were looking for in a service that included patience and understanding. After searching on line and reading reviews we found that Gadgets Made Easy offered what we were looking for!! From my initial call, Judy in the office was extremely helpful . She was pleasant and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and set up an appointment with a technician who has much experience in technology and cybersecurity, and he enjoys people! Matt arrived to our home as scheduled. My wife and I had many questions we had written down and Matt was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that we could understand. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns making our experience extremely stress free! Thank you Matt for the OUTSTANDING job you did in servicing all of our devices as well as reviewing and enhancing their security!! Gadgets Made Easy truly lives up to it's name! Read their Mission!
