  Worst USPS EVER. Today they delivered the package to the wrong address. So today, I came to this location to speak with a manager. He made me wait and did not offer any solution or escalation with the delivery driver. He only said we have new employees now, so I need to file a claim. The package was delivered to the wrong location today, and I went there to see if they could escalate and follow up with the guy who delivered it. So I asked him to file the claim online. He was so unwilling to help that he barely pretended he did not know how to navigate the USPS website. Worst post office i never been to. I just left this horrible place

  It took me 2 1/2 hours in this post office for a woman to argue with me and tell me I can’t buy a prepaid shipping label. It told me to go somewhere else if I don’t like it this place is a joke.

  I have a lot of packages going out, if the usual mail lady and one other mail man that does our route they just don't get it done right or never come to pick them up today 3/23 I physically gave the mail carrier the packages because my bin needed to be dried out from the rain so I went to the street I saw him pull in after closing my business. I said hey can I give you some packages explain the bin was wet and apologized for the nuisance, he took the packages and never scanned them in so the packages providing tracking for my customers are not updated and the questions cannot be truthfully answered because the damn post people cannot do their job right ever since I've started wholesale out of my business it in has been nothing but a nightmare the only reason why I stay is because your cheaper then most shipping companies! But what in the world and at that you cannot speak to anyone because their under staff and calling into the post office to speak to someone is non existent if your providing a government service I would expect it to be done right but nope unbelievable! Smh! So disappointed!!!

  Been here for over an hour with only a couple customers in front of me. I was expecting 4 things just for them not to give me my 4th item. The big lady said it wasn’t there and both big ladies attitude were nasty very rude and it seemed like they wanted to take their sweet time to get to me and the people behind me.not a very good experience at all & when i went to ring the bell for some help both big ladies starting saying stop and got mad and threw the bell down in the drawer. I was just trying to get help so i can grab what i ordered especially because she did not give me everything at first. And they took so long that i could create this review because they just made me feel uneasy.1/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND they even said my package that clearly says its delivered and handed to the receptionist, that its not there now🤦🏾‍♀️

  My mother shipped and item to someone and mass and the Fall River post office sent it back saying we needed a diffrent box, I understand that but what I don’t understand is why they were careless with the box even though it had fragile stickers on it. We received the item back and it was smashed inside the box this is unacceptable and now we have to refund the person we shipped this too and lost money because of YOUR carelessness.
