Not once ever has the staff come across rude or dismissive. Quite the opposite actually, I’ve always saw them to be friendly, kind and attentive. So ….? But yes that’s just my personal opinion of course and the conclusion of my review!

I moved from Fall River and have had my mail forwarded since last month, even did an in-person verification and have confirmation of it, yet my mail is still going to my old address and the nobody answers the phone to resolve this issue. Who knows who's been receiving my mail and packages at this point, this is beyond irritating.
