I went to drop off some pre paid boxes and the lady known as Tony gave me one of most unpleasant experiences I’ve had… My friend and I walked in and respectfully asked about instructions on the shipping of the pre paid boxes, and since the first moment we had walked in, she was giving us sass and totally unpleasant to deal with. I ended up not being able to ship all of my boxes there because Tony told us to go drop is somewhere else.

This lady clearly didn’t want to work. She kept on making faces the whole time. She told me I have to write the address on the box. She got a marker for me to write the information on. Then she gave me a price of $21; after she measured it, and all of a sudden it came out to $65. I left and will take my business somewhere else. I don’t have patience for lazy and rude employees.
