- EDEmily DeLorieNov 20, 20254.0EDIT: Changing my previous rating because I filed a complaint and they immediately took care of it. Systems were down so they couldn’t scan my package all is well. Thank you so much for your quick response even calling during off hours. STORY: Dropped off a package at 8am with a blood sample that already had a tracking number on it. They never scanned it and put it in the back. Tried called customer service no help. Crossing my fingers it isn’t lost.
- DFDavid FazzinaNov 4, 20251.0Embarrassingly bad customer service from Beatrice at the passport counter. Admittedly it took us three attempts to get everything correctly set for my stepdaughters passport. Each time we were met with tact-less instructions and borderline barraging. We kept our patience, gathered the information each time and made another appointment. Today we arrived at 3:49 (due to ther being no parking on Election Day at city hall) for our 3:45-4:00 picture-less appointment (as we chose to take it elsewhere since good ol’ Bea was so condescending when taking our daughters photo last time) and we were told we wouldn't be seen. We weren’t just told though, Beatrice and her sidekick at the mail counter seemed to relish in the fact they could deny us. It seemed to be the only bit of joy in her miserable existence. I’ve never seen such consistent poor attitude and customer service in my life. I literally cringed at the site of her this third visit knowing full well it was going to be a miserable experience. Looking on the bright side, maybe she saved us from having to be around her deplorable attitude for any longer. The passport process is stressful and difficult enough. To have someone with the people skills of a rock (which isn’t fair to rocks, sorry guys) as the sole person you get to deal with in a tight window is an epically poor decision by this branch. I will do my best to never return to this location for anything.

- NSNick SilviaSep 16, 20251.0This facility does not answer the phone. You can only contact them by creating a case with USPS support and then they will hopefully call you back. It is very frustrating that every single call to the main postal facility in the city is unanswered.
