- MGMylene GrimmSep 19, 20221.0I wanted to pay for & apply tracking to a letter with no signature required upon delivery. I was told by window woman 9/19/22 around 11AM, that, I had to have a signature requirement upon delivery, with tracking, which I did not want. She insisted that I had to buy Priority Mail delivery, to opt out of the signature requirement in Tracking, which was $8.95. Tracking service is $4.00. I just looked online to see if this is true and I could not find this to be true. She lost some $, bc, I did not want to pay $8.95 for a no signature requirement and just wanted to be able to know when it was delivered. Nothing more. She just cost the company $$ and next time I want to send a tracking for delivery, I am going to print out where it says, I don't have to pay extra to not have a signature requirement. I am shocked at her, prior to that she has been fine.
