Fabiana was exceptional! I came to renew my passport and she made the process seamless! Very easy and efficient. I’ve been helped by her during tax season and for other mailing services and she’s always great! Never has an attitude and is always happy to help! If you’re ever at this USPS I recommend getting assisted by her because she knows what she is doing!
Adding to this after a few months: I will literally go out of my way to come to this USPS and I’ll always ask for Fabiana. Super fast and efficient. She’s the best!

The service is terrible and the manager's attitude is the worst in the world. She yells and speaks badly to people all the time.

There is an employee with white hair who always wears a mask, who seriously needs to improve her customer service skills or reconsider her role in dealing directly with customers. Her behavior towards non-English-speaking customers was clearly disrespectful and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, she openly expressed frustration, loudly saying things like, "What's going on today?" and repeatedly stating, "This place is a mess today!" particularly after interactions with customers who didn't speak English fluently.
I saw it today firsthand how she would dismiss customers abruptly, and before the customers had even turned around, she openly complained to her coworkers with remarks like, "Are you kidding me? If you don't speak English, how do you expect me to help you?" She even went on to say “Next time if you don’t bring an English speaker I am not helping you!” Such blatant behaviour should never be tolerated.
This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful.
During my visit, I initially intended only to assist my mother but ended up staying much longer to help other customers who were visibly distressed and confused due to the employee's behavior. Please note that everyone I helped were speaking languages I don’t speak! One mother became emotional while explaining that she was obtaining her 3-month-old son’s passport for the first time. The lack of compassion displayed toward her and others was alarming. I am sure serious employee training has been implemented to be empathetic and understanding with customers, especially those who do not speak English.
Everett is a diverse community. Employees working in customer facing roles should and must demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy. Customers will be much happier if they are treated with basic respect and kindness. It's disappointing and frankly embarrassing that such unprofessional conduct exists at a postal office located in a community as diverse as Everett. Please address this urgently, everyone deserves dignity and respect.
