- EHEbba HiertaDec 13, 20254.0Okay, yeah, so they lost a package once. But they pulled out the stops and found it. No complaints. It happens. And more than once I’ve had mail addressed to my street address, where I do not get US mail, and it ended up in my PO Box. The staff looked up the name and found me. I think that’s great service. My only complaint, I wish the postal service would increase the staff. These people work hard.
