The woman who often works at the counter (not the postmaster) is AWFUL. She’s yelled at me about a sticker I had on my box recently (which is allowed to be on the box as it denoted a nail polish shipment), and always throws the receipt at me after my transactions. ALWAYS THROWS IT. I’ve already lodged a complaint against her with the postmaster. The postmaster must’ve spoken to her, because today when I made it to the front of the line, she walked away from the counter and started doing other things. I waited patiently. When she came back after a few minutes, she threw the receipt at me more forcefully than she has in the past at the conclusion of my transaction. I said to her “That was rude and I’ll be sure to let the postmaster know.” She then told the man behind me “That woman with the curly hair is terrible!” I am completely flabbergasted and will be lodging another complaint against her.

Coming to this location was my worst experience . I walked into a empty post office. Gihan assisted me, right away I told her I have multiple dresses to return. I brought in a box and large plastic mailing bag as options. I asked her which one would be better/cheaper to send. “I don’t know?” I have no clue which would be beneficial especially since I don't work at the post office. Right away there was no patient shown. Someone else walked in and she told me to step aside before finishing my transaction. I stared at her with confusion because I couldn't understand why she would ask me to step aside when I hadn't started with my shipment! Right away she was rushing me with my information, I had three different packages going to three different places. At this point I'm extremely flustered and can't find the QR code on my phone. Once I noticed more people coming in. I stepped aside to get my barrings. At that point, I just wanted to leave but I was already here so I had to return at least one dress. She kept saying have your stuff ready to ship. I told her I would if I knew which shipping parcel would be appropriate because clearly she wasn’t helping me with that decision. Once it was my turn again I told her she should have more patience with customers. She said, “I did.” which is NOT true because she was rushing me as soon as she started helping me. At the end I spoke with management and she apologized for my experience. Thank you for reading my long story.
