But I’m so glad I went anyway — my experience couldn’t have been better! Keegan at the counter was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the best shipping options, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. But I have to say — even more credit goes to my regular mail carrier from this same post office. Tyler is always on time, polite, and clearly the kind of worker, who adds more to the job than the job adding to them. Rain or shine, he delivers with consistency and care. His reliability and professionalism really stand out and deserve recognition just as much as the great service I received in person.
