On the scheduled date of delivery, I received notice that the address was insufficient and it was being returned to sender. Fine, I called the post office and was told there was no mailbox so they couldn’t deliver it. I was told they had the package and I could pick it up. Went a few hours later to pick it up and was told they don’t hold packages and it had been sent back. Well then why was I told they could hold it on the phone? Was that a lie to get me off the phone, or they just don’t know what their own policies are?
