- SGSusan GrebberJan 31, 20241.0Frank Miller the Postmaster at East Wareham Post Office is a disrespectful and mean person! I have had problems with him in the past regarding my mail delivery and I’ve complained about him many times to Consumer Affairs but what he did this morning to me on 1/31/2024 is really appalling. I ordered something online that was ready to be picked up at the Post Office but he refused to give me my package!! He said I’d have to wait till it gets delivered but because of all the issues I’ve had with my mail I’ve been able to pick any packages in the past. But this time Frank would not hand over my package to me and he was so nasty and cruel about it!! I was so upset I even called the Wareham Police about the situation and they told me this was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do. I will now file another complaint against this heartless man. The way he treats me is unacceptable and I won’t stand for it!! I was compelled to write a review and share my story….. Update on another incident with Post Master Frank Miller. I was waiting for a package and tracking it online. I called him to inquire about it and he told me that there was a wrong zip code on my package that I was anxiously waiting for. Well, what he told me was absolutely incorrect!! The zip code was correct so this shows more of his less desirable behavior!! At least I got my package and I won’t order anything more online if it gets delivered thru USPS! The aggravation is just not worth it!!!!!! Another update regarding the Post Master Frank Miller on 5/6/24: I have been waiting for a package to be delivered and was talking decently with one of the post carriers regarding the whereabouts of my package and then Frank decides to interrupt the conversation and said I was yelling which I wasn’t I just talk loud and threatened to call the cops. I told him to go ahead because I knew I wasn’t doing anything wrong!! I can’t believe this rude and heartless man can have the title as Post Master. I can think of a more suited title for him than Post Master!! It’s just not right how this man treats me but I have to believe what goes around comes around!!!!
