Today a guy named Marie Quinn called me and let me know he tracked down the package and now is going to deliver to the guy in town. I told him I need package route back to me because the buyer doesn’t needed anymore it was for Valentine’s Day I had already refunded him so Marie ran to the facility looking for the mail carrier got the package wrote reject and package will come back to me. I really appreciate nowadays post office worker like him works so hard thinking about customers not themselves. This will never happens in my local post office 07090 they don’t even give you a receipt has tracking on it they ask you get it done yourself with kiosks. I really wish everyone works at post office like Marie Quinn. Thank you.

- PMPatricia MarrowSep 30, 20151.0This post office is horrible. The mailman refuses to deliver my mail saying my dog is running loose. I'm at work when the mailman is on my street delivering and have PROOF that my dog is not out, but they will not listen. I was told I could only speak with the post master to settle the issue. I have called almost every day (sometimes multiple times) for the past 3 weeks and every time I'm told the post master is not in. I have written a letter with my contact information and two weeks later still no response. When I go in to pick up my mail still the post master is not there. The 2 supervisors I have spoken with were very rude and made snide comments when I said that I'm still trying to reach the post master, almost like they know I wont ever be able to.
