DO NOT come to this store unless you want to lose your package!!! My case must not be the last. As everyone can see, I am not the only one give you negative review on the website. You got $3 printing fee but I lost my package worth more than $200 and wasted plenty of time. I did not feel your sincere apology. You even want to shirk the responsibility at this time. With such careless and disrespectful staff, your store will shut down sooner or later.
