I said they still pay you at the end of the week. He then informed me that he is the owner and pays himself. No wonder the employees are rude to the customers. The owner treats people even worse. Sounds like he’s in the wrong business. His issue is with UPS and Amazon yet he chooses to take it out on the customers. Without Amazon returns very few people would even go there. I will never go to this store again. I will drive out of my way to a store that treats their customers with respect.

I live close by, so this is very convenient, but I am considering driving out of my way to avoid this place. The workers are rude and unkind. When I smiled and said I had finished with my last Amazon return, the clerk said that I might be done but that he had a lot of work still to do to complete the return and complained about how much time it would take. Isn’t he getting paid to do his job? What he has to do with the returns is between your store and Amazon, not me. I think your employees would benefit from some customer service training. There have been way too many negative experiences reported at your location. It seems that you are turning a blind eye and allowing people to be treated rudely. I have had enough.
