- MSMary SullivanJan 5, 20265.0Dan and Andrew were extremely polite kind and helpful. I would definitely would go to that store for all of my shipping needs. Staples will not go out of their way to help like this UPS in East Falmouth. Several occasions when I was by myself they came out and carry my packages. There was no way I could do it by myself. Every single time I never had an issue with any of their employees not wanting to help. Every time they were kind and treated me absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for all of the help I received from the staff over the years.

This store failed in delivering a critical package and took no accountability for their delinquency in this transaction. I escalated the issue to UPS direct and they could not provide any definitive reason for the delivery issue being they have no visibility on what the weekend staff does. I was promised by the UPS store associate 3 times that the package would be delivered on the date promised on my shipping receipt. Unfortunately, I found out the shipment was never executed by the client who was to receive the package. When I went to the store all I received ware some excuses that were not consistent with what I was being told by the UPS dispatcher from that the area. When I asked the UPS store associate why was I not notified this time sensitive package did not ship, they told me they handle allot of packages and cannot keep track of all of them so they do not notify customers of any shipping issues. Which leads me to believe that $138 high priority shipments have little value in their importance. After escalating this to a corporate UPS representative, she said the stores are franchises and they can only provide guidance on how to process orders but these franchisees have no accountability. I have used many UPS stores in the past and have had no issues, but this 775 East Falmouth Highway location truly failed and I would suggest using extreme caution when using their services.
