If a guy comes in with a package bearing a CORRECT address, don't tell him its WRONG because it didn't have YOUR 9 digit Zip code. The additional 4 numbers after the OFFICIAL 5 digit zip codes are for USPS purposes. So stop messing with the heads of the elderly with your nonsense which only serves to CREATE COFUSION resulting in my need to answer multiple follow up phone calls and emails about something which is NOTHING !!!!! Got it !?

We called to report her behavior (and to find out where she sent our package for the second time purely out of spite) and received an "ah yes, she has received a number of complaints about her behavior toward patrons" Power corrupts, even the tiny, antiquated power of aging female post office employees.
