Its haooened before and they fixed same day but on the 19th they got a package of mine from the brockton facility. I live in Bridgewater so they send to spot and it gets delivered. We'll this time even though its labeled with my address and has a tracking my number they sent it to hingham. Now I tried online chat useless count not get anyone tried calling was out on hold and didnt have my info but hung up about 15 mins after being on hold. Look online hingham office has had and even today the 21st @11 21am it has not moved or has not updated. Now when they screw up they erase the screw up on informed delv but I can't get in touch with someone to find out where is it. Is it still sitting in hingham and if so why. Why was it sent there. Why has it nit been sent back. Why if someone screws up do they delete that in history and just make it look like they have had for days? Lately this office and the brockton office have had issues. I have had other packages make it so close then back down to Pennsylvania and they ship it right back Why is there so many errors lately. Is anyone else having issues?
