My phone call was answered on my first try, and the employee who helped me (DJ) was friendly & efficient. I asked if my suitcase could be set-aside so it would be easy for them to find when I show up, and I asked about the parking situation. DJ said he would have my bag ready, and informed me of the convenient parking situation. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by DJ, and he quickly retrieved my suitcase from the storage area and returned to me in just a couple of minutes. It was just as I had last seen it pretty clean, with no damage, and with all items still inside (including $400 or so worth of items). The $7.00 pick-up fee was completely reasonable and understandable. My only suggestion is to make the UPS signage a bit bigger, as I did not notice it right away, and typically, I am pretty observant. I was nervous, however, mostly because I was in a hurry and do not know the area, so that may have made me less observant than unusual, and maybe the signage is fine, who knows.

I tried calling them to get my claim number for the damaged package they sent me and yet no response, no reply to so many of my emails. They mailed me after my review on google saying your claim is submitted and you will get the documents in a week but it's been more than 10-12 days and I haven't heard from them and I haven't even received any reply for the 10-15 mails that I sent them
