My phone call was answered on my first try, and the employee who helped me (DJ) was friendly & efficient. I asked if my suitcase could be set-aside so it would be easy for them to find when I show up, and I asked about the parking situation. DJ said he would have my bag ready, and informed me of the convenient parking situation. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by DJ, and he quickly retrieved my suitcase from the storage area and returned it to me in just a couple of minutes. It was just as I had last seen it — pretty clean, with no damage, and with all items still inside (including $400 or so worth of items). The $7.00 pick-up fee was completely reasonable and understandable. My only suggestion is to make the UPS signage a bit bigger, as I did not notice it right away, and typically, I am pretty observant. I was nervous, however, mostly because I was in a hurry and do not know the area, so that may have made me less observant than unusual, and maybe the signage is fine, who knows.
