- JCJason CAug 27, 20255.0A difficult location to get to, but extremely appreciate the help I received from Anastasia today! She was super friendly, kind and efficient! She called me when my package was delivered and gave me instructions on how to get to the facility so that I could assist my Uber. Once I was there she helped me with my package and return and made it a quick and easy trip. Huge shoutout to her she rocks!

When I got to the counter after watching them ship the only two customers in front of me for 30mins, I was told I could not ship my prepaid ready to go packages because the battery was dead on the scanner. No signs or information of this prior to waiting in line or while! Also, told could not ship any other way. Doesn’t make sense to me. I never leave a bad review as I work in customer service but this was extremely unprofessional!
