    Horrid customer service. I will be going elsewhere for copies or any other services.My visit today at STAPLES reminded me of the Dave Chappelle skit PopCopy where not one employee really wanted to help me.

    I asked my aunt to drop off a package because I was at work. I provided my aunt with the tracking number and bar code to scan. When my aunt went to drop off the package, she was told they would NOT accept the barcode I sent her and needed the original email…now, I could understand if she was picking up a package. But it was a drop off and already paid for. I’m not sure if this is regular policy but it came off as though she made a choice to be difficult and cause an inconvenience. Will just take packages directly to the UPS store….thanks but no thanks.

    Extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We called ahead to let them know we were running a few minutes late for our fingerprinting appointment and specifically asked if we should still come in. We were told it would be fine. After driving 45 minutes to get there, we were turned away upon arrival. Not only was this a complete waste of our time, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the fingerprinting employee in particular was especially unprofessional. Their behavior was not only disrespectful but also came across as discriminatory and racist. No one should be made to feel that way, especially in a professional setting. This experience was frustrating, disheartening, and completely avoidable had we been given honest information over the phone. Staples needs to seriously re-evaluate the conduct of their staff and how they treat customers. We will not be returning

    Jenasis assisted in my amazon returns as she was juggling a conflicted customer and my fussy infant. She was prompt, courteous, and able to prioritize; calm under pressure. Excellent addition to the team.
