- CCColin333Feb 24, 20261.0Tried to get my passport replaced due to pretty bad water damage. The employee (older white man, didn’t get his name) told me that my passport “was fine” and that I “probably wouldn’t even be able to get it replaced”. Even though everything I read online says water damage can cause you to get rejected at customs. He also told me that I “didn’t bring the right documents” even though I brought exactly what the U.S. travel website told me to. And he wouldn’t even elaborate on what documents I would need. And he was just rude and unfriendly in general.
- LLLisaNov 7, 20251.0I am very disappointed in this Post Office, I recently moved to Duxbury and went to the post office and this little man with glasses acted like he didn't want to help me. His attitude was horrible. I will not be returning to this post office. Do better, your in a prominent town and are giving lousy service. There may be better personnel but this man needs customer service training.
