- ARAlek RudewiczApr 21, 20261.0Super disrespectful, I’ve never been screamed at in a store before. Was a surreal experience I would never come here for a single thing. I asked if they could just use a 2 inch peice of tape to shut a small box for a Amazon return and was screamed at about how it should be in a plastic bag when that is not what Amazon requires. Truly aweful customer service.

They charged $10 for a little box to put it in, refused to let me take a picture of the packaged item (which the marketplace I bought from asked me to take!), and the phone arrived with shipping damage. Not sure why I paid $10 for them to botch the packing job, but it is what it is I guess. Perhaps that's why they didn't want photos? They weren't particularly busy at the time, either. No line or anything. Perhaps it's best it stay not busy.

I went to the store yesterday with my Amazon package for return in hand. The UPS section in the store was not attended. I went to the check-out counter and I asked the lady for assistance in the UPS section and she said she'd be right with me. I walked back over to the UPS section and within 1 minute, the lady was helping me check-in my Amazon package for return. She was polite and pleasant and extremely efficient with my transaction. I was well satisfied with this UPS drop-off location.
