  Terrible customer service. Pushed deliveries back without notifying. On hold for hours. Don't bother using them, their prices have skyrocketed, they're no longer competitive in the area.

  Unreliable and unprofessional. Order never arrives on time, consistently delivered over a week late. When they do finally show up, delivery instructions are not followed. Driver leaves my order in the middle of the neighbor’s driveway instead of by my door as specified in delivery notes, calling to complain does nothing, they don’t care. Customer service is a joke, they lie and tell you that they will resolve your issues “same day,” then as soon as you hang up the phone they email saying “sorry, there has been a delay.” I have been waiting over 2.5 weeks since I was supposed to receive my “biweekly” water delivery. Save yourself the headache and use Polar for water delivery instead.

  Complete horrible service. They did my first drop off fine. Then they forgot about me. They rescheduled my delivery 4 or 5 times with no explanation on why. At least if they game me a reason I could correct it. Or if they gave me an accurate date I could go buy my self more water. When you call your on hold for 30 mins. The first time I called they were trying to overcharged me by 50% but fixed the pricing. The next time I called I waited on hold for 22 mins then when they picked up they pretended to not be able to hear me and disconnected. When I called back to try again they were closed. Horrible service. Idk why you pay about 15 dollars for delivery when they don't do it

  Changed company names three times in three years. Service has gotten worse each time. Pricing has gone up over 50% in that time. Can’t reach anyone by phone, chat or email. Delivery has been delayed over a week.

  This company is awful!! Ive had two deliveries the first one was good the second one they pushed the date 2 weeks back so i was out of water for two weeks and had to go get more at the store. The third month they missed delivery and then said they could deliver it a month later. Ive called and emailed countless times and have 0 responses no one picks up the phones. I have bills for nothing and every month it keeps going up randomly. I had a product delivered i never ordered and i was charged for it. I called and emailed to get it fix and nothing back. I have no water again for a month so I've been trying to cancel my service and i cant cancel it because i need to talk to a service rep. But cant get through to them and the chats say they are online but when you try it they then say it’s unavailable. I scheduled a pick up for my rental equipment and today they said they couldn't complete it because they couldn't charge my card $0.00 save yourself the trouble and skip this company. I just want to cancel this account and i cant even do that!! At this point i am going to report this company as fraud to my bank because I'm getting charges with no service!!!
