No one gave me any directions on how to set up my account. After I was penalized with late fees and delivery charges I paid my balance in full and attempted to start fresh. I was told that I would not be charged a delivery charge now that my account was now set up with auto pay but I received a delivery charge and a late fee. Avoid doing business with this company.

They give you a delivery date and then does not deliver or only gives you a partial order. I was told by 3 customer service reps my order was coming today, not true! Sorry we can't get your order to you for another 6 days. Finally broke ties to the worse company ever.
