I came here a month or so ago to submit a passport change of information.
I noticed there were two reps available and one had no line. I come to that rep that had no line, to talk to the worker. He was an older gentleman, and darker in complexion. The interaction with him was honestly the worst interaction I’ve had with a public servant. He was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. His behavior was incredibly inappropriate and he should not work in a customer facing position. He criticized me for some of my questions and gave me minimal instructions while demeaning me for not being as aware of the process. He had multiple opportunities to not be rude but chose to. Don’t go to this USPS, or do your best to avoid him. It was a bad experience for me as someone who just moved to this city/state.

I had a very disappointing experience at the USPS location. An employee named Rone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or clear information, Rone spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a public service role. I hope management addresses this issue seriously—customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Worst service ever..the blond sour looking woman behind the counter was rude as hell..after giving the elderly man in front of me a hard time..she leaves the counter without a word..20 minutes later she saunters out for a quick peek with ice coffee (I presume) in hand, smirks and disappears for another 15 minutes..really?? So rude and disrespectful. This is why people go to UPS of FedEx..hate your job that much? Find another...never will I walk in the door to that place again..
