- EEEriOct 21, 20251.0I live on greenwood st Dorchester nobody is receiving their mail some days we get no mail people have important mail we have bills to pay and if your gonna do something like this and not deliver the mail aleast give use the option to have the app where we can see our mail before it hits the mailbox. Do better i bet the suburban towns wouldn’t be going through this kind of hassle.

Than when the mail finally came it was thrown on the floor not placed in mail boxes that are listed with our names and units. Also over 50 pieces of mail from other addresses sit it the hall no one has picked it up even after reported. I spoke to a supervisor about the issue she wasn't any help. I told her I didn't recive my mail and she actually game me someone else's mail from another address than closed the door. They need a full new staff from top to bottom at this location.

They bring the mail but won't ring the damn doorbell to deliver a package. All you get is a "missed delivery" slip!! They need new management, new workers, or something. Worse USPS location in Boston hands down!!!!!!!
