- PDpat davis5 days ago1.0On December 12, 2025, I mailed two bills: one bill was for American Express for $200: the other bill was for $700 mailed the same day only going to Hyde Park...hasn't been received to recipient to date...received a call from the recipient this morning...what is going on over at this post office...please investigate because I bet you I'm not the only one who has this complaint...next is correspondence to the Post Master General and the media, not to mention the added expense issuing stop payment requests ($30.00)...

But they are really patient, kind and efficient people. All of the complaints and the attitudes I gave them, they never loss there professionalism. If no one says it. After waiting in a long line for almost half an hour, the young woman with Jamaican accent refused to process my package which was all ready to be entered and paid because according to her it was almost the 1:30 “cutoff” time! The post office closes at 2pm on Saturdays, and it was 1:15 when she told me that. She then turned to two other customers behind me and helped them!! I had no choice but to leave. This is an absurd behavior and if this branch has a supervisor, they should contact me before I file a complaint against this branch.
