- RRRishiFeb 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The staff was unwelcoming, dismissive, and showed a clear lack of professionalism. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially at a public service office. This experience was far below expectations.
- PDpat davisJan 7, 20261.0On December 12, 2025, I mailed two bills: one bill was for American Express for $200: the other bill was for $700 mailed the same day only going to Hyde Park...hasn't been received to recipient to date...received a call from the recipient this morning...what is going on over at this post office...please investigate because I bet you I'm not the only one who has this complaint...next is correspondence to the Post Master General and the media, not to mention the added expense issuing stop payment requests ($30.00)...
