- FSFaezeh Jahan ShiriAug 23, 20251.0I’ve never experienced such rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and unlawful service from any USPS branch before. After waiting in a long line for almost half an hour, the young woman with Jamaican accent refused to process my package which was all ready to be entered and paid because according to her it was almost the 1:30 “cutoff” time! The post office closes at 2pm on Saturdays, and it was 1:15 when she told me that. She then turned to two other customers behind me and helped them!! I had no choice but to leave. This is an absurd behavior and if this branch has a supervisor, they should contact me before I file a complaint against this branch.

If the worker had just listened to me, instead of interrupting/being confrontational, then I wouldn't have cared, but that was one of the rudest interactions I've been subjected to in a while. Then she gets annoyed with me for being right. This place is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Me: (approaches window) Hi, I'm here to pick up a package for Michael... Employee: (puts cellphone down and stares at me) Me: (continues and begins to take ID out)... It's a UPS package that- Employee: (interrupts me) We ain't UPS. Me: Uhh, I know that. The package was left here by UPS. I came to pick it up. Employee: We can't give you a package if you ain't him. Me: I am him (sticks ID on window). Employee: Oh, well you (says something under her breath and walks away to look for my package). 😒
