  I would choose a 0 star if it's allowed. This Staples store is an absolute disaster—the worst I’ve ever encountered. Yesterday, I went there to drop off an Amazon return, and the experience was nothing short of infuriating. I stood in the return area for two minutes, and not a single employee bothered to acknowledge me. They walked around as if I were invisible, blatantly ignoring me. Finally, a female associate sauntered over, not to assist me, but to answer a phone call. When she was done, I politely asked if she could help with my return, and her response was nothing short of shocking: "Dude, I just finished a phone call. Can you wait?" Are you kidding me? I had been standing there, being ignored, long before that phone even rang! She then scanned the return code and tossed the item into a big box. When I asked if I was all set, she snapped back, "Dude, I will say you are all set after it's ready," all while complaining under her breath. The sheer rudeness was beyond belief—I was livid and stormed out of there. And guess what? I’m not alone in this. Other customers have had similarly awful experiences with this store’s staff. There’s clearly something seriously wrong with how they treat people. I don’t need anyone teaching me how to be a customer, especially when I’m being disrespected like this. And frankly, I can’t help but wonder if this mistreatment has something to do with the fact that I’m a person of color. Unacceptable.

  This place is wild! The printing machines are like playing Russian roulette. Some are turned off, there’s always one with a paper jammed and there is an old person who is trying to use it as a self-checkout register or send an email 😂. So there’s always an unusual line by the printers and because the line is never clear sometimes tensions rise over printing privileges 😂😂 They are always understaffed and (sometimes) there’s a commotion by the customer service area. Overall I’d give it 5 stars as circus and 1 star as an actual printing center
