Team at the print desk of the Dorchester store on Gallivan is fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. I know my online orders will be completed perfectly and the shredding service is terrific. Thank you!

I went to the Braintree Staples to do an Amazon return and was told they were unable to process my return due to lack of supplies. I was given two other locations and I chose the Dorchester location as it was closest to me. I had several Amazon items to return that I had bought over the holiday, I purposely took the time to separate the items and prepare the QR codes at home in order to avoid any mess up. When I arrived at the Dorchester Staples, there was only one person manning the register, he was doing Amazon returns and ringing purchases as well. As we went through my items, I tried to explain that certain QR codes were for more than one item and that he would need to put the items together for the return. He became rude and started being fresh with me, when I was simply trying to ensure that no mistake was made. He snatched the items from me before even scanning the code, then blamed me for the confusion. He had to rescan my codes several times and I’m not sure it was done correctly. What should’ve been a simple process took over 20 minutes, as the line for Amazon returns grew steadily longer. I looked around for more employees that could help make the process go by faster, watching as one employee walked around doing nothing while there were two employees trying to help the same person. If I had read the Google reviews prior to coming down, I would have chosen the other location. This was a terrible experience and I will be sure to contact the store or corporate if I don’t get my full refund from Amazon. I did my job by organizing my items and management needs to remind their employees how to do theirs. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
