- AFAli FSep 23, 20251.0Terrible Service I had a passport appointment scheduled for 09/23/2025 at 10:45 AM. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the front desk guy told me the person who handles passports was out sick. No one informed me ahead of time, and instead of helping, he just told me to “come tomorrow.” Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

The most unprofessional procedures I’ve ever seen, who schedules appointments for Passports and tells EVERYONE DURING THOSE HOURS (that are standing in line), “I’M GOING TO LUNCH FOR 1 1/2 HOURS so can we all come back!!! 😖😖 The Jamaican guy was very nice, polite and and courteous, and worked great at his job and knew it well (after he came from lunch). 😉 Also, the young woman seemed to be holding her own, by keeping things moving as smoothly as possible considering she was alone. 👍🏽 NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION AT ALL!! 12/19/2023 - FORGET WHAT I SAID ABOUT THE JAMAICAN GUY “Who knew his job”!! I paid for my Passport in March 2023 and because he was negligent at his job, it caused the US Passport Agency to DENY ME!! I WOULDN’T EVER LET THEM DO YOUR PICTURE, they screwed mine up twice and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. And the manager Ebony is equally unprofessional, they should BOTH be put in the mail sorting room!! I am still fighting for my money and/or a Passport 😡🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
