- BFBarry FortunaFeb 10, 20265.0I don't usually leave reviews, but the individual I worked with at this USPS location was exceptional. I was trying to ship a package with a "Hold for Pickup" option which isn't a common practice. The neighboring town (Somerset) USPS simply said that wasn't something they offered even though it's clearly listed on their website. But an employee at this Dighton location took the time to research my options and communicate them effectively alongside pricing. Ultimately the "Hold for Pickup" option can only be applied for certain delivery types and he helped uncover that so I can make an informed shipping option. Kudos to this branch leadership on hiring great people and thank you to the individual who assisted me this week!
