As a local, I'm here pretty often shipping packages and picking up mail, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They move the line quickly, even during the summer rush when the Cape is packed with tourists. The postmaster and clerks actually take the time to answer questions and make sure you're getting the best shipping rate. It's a small, no-nonsense location that gets the job done right. If you're in Dennis or visiting Cape Cod, this is the spot to handle all your shipping needs. Thanks for keeping it running smoothly!

He was friendly and patient and took the time with me to be sure I was happy with my decision and knew what to do if my package did not arrive in time. Some of the best service I've ever had at a post office.
- JJjamesJan 10, 20231.0Woman at this post office is the absolute worst. Crabby attitude and gets off on being unhelpful. If she hates her job so much do something else. The way she treats some of the elderly customers there is atrocious. With other P.O. in the area with great staff I would avoid this location at all cost.
