They are extremely slow at processing packages even though the United States Postal app says your package has arrived once you go to the post office they have no idea where your package is. Absolutely inexcusable if I'm being told that my package is there then it's there and I shouldn't have to come back six times to get it and also get attitude in the meantime by the staff.
