- SLStacey Lantz3 days ago1.0Worst Experience I can explain! I called the store to see if they could print a black and white copy of paperwork my 83 year old mom. I understand they use staples at Printme and most people can go in and do this, but my mom cannot. I know that they have a copy and print center and that they can access emails as they used to print out things for me in the past. I spoke with one of the store associates who was extremely rude. I asked him about this, told him the situation, and he said hold on, I'll send you to the copy center. After a 13 minute hold I got disconnected. I called back and spoke with the same person. He was very rude to me and told me, well you need to hold on again. I said I want to speak to the store manager. I don't see why this is such a problem. All I need is the email address. After another hold, the store manager got on the phone. She didn't seem very polite. She was kind of rude. She told me about the print me email which I already know about and I explained to her the situation again. She had no sympathy at all that my mom was filling up pension paperwork because my stepfather had passed away. It's not her responsibility, but she could have at least been nice. I informed her that she was being rude. and that I just need the email address, she said. Well, you don't want to listen. And she started arguing with me. At this point it's been on over 20 minutes and all I need is the email address to send something over to the store. She the hung up on me and I decided to leave a review.

- BBBambooApr 16, 20264.0A little smaller than other Stapkes stores I've been to, but still good. No big signs show where to do Amazon returns, but it's to the right after you go in the main doors. Also, as of the time of this posting, they no longer print receipts for Amazon QR code returns.
