- NCNicholas CardilloDec 13, 20211.0Person there yelled at customers for standing "too close" and made everyone wait outside on the cold day. Also no free parking near by. There are only meters. Last couple times I went there I had to walk 7 minutes from where there is free parking. I go to Westwood now because they actually are nice and have parking. There used to be a Dedham post office on busy street with free parking, but it is closed now. I drive the extra 5 minutes to avoid the hassle.

Also went to send something and the woman was very rude when the chip on my card was having difficulty. Never have seen such poor customer service in my life.
