I must sincerely thank Joe. Went there this morning to mail out a package of sandals to a friend who lives out of the country. Boy did I feel old when I had to fill out all this paperwork and trying to package it all. The whole task felt cumbersome until Joe kept continually assisting me. Can't say enough about the exceptional service he provided me. While I was there I heard no fewer than 7 people complimenting him on his customer service. He is a great asset. Keep up the great work Joe I'm very certain I'm not the only person whose day you made by being so friendly and helpful. Stay blessed

This is the worst post office. Luis is a horribly rude employee. I had to do a change of address for my mother who passed away. Sorry I don't know how to do that. He was incredibly rude and annoyed that I didn't know how to do it and made me feel like I was bothering him for doing his job. Seriously Luis needs to retire or get a different job that doesn't involve him working with customers!!! He's just plain rude. Go to the Peabody post office, they are much nicer and aren't bothered when customers have questions.

Joe was super helpful with all the questions I had. It'd be 5 stars but there was a bit of a line which is completely out of Joe's control. Then again it was around lunchtime so it could've just been bad timing
