This is the worst post office. Luis is a horribly rude employee. I had to do a change of address for my mother who passed away. Sorry I don't know how to do that. He was incredibly rude and annoyed that I didn't know how to do it and made me feel like I was bothering him for doing his job. Seriously Luis needs to retire or get a different job that doesn't involve him working with customers!!! He's just plain rude. Go to the Peabody post office, they are much nicer and aren't bothered when customers have questions.

This is the first time I’ve ever been inclined to write a google review. A lot of people have written negative things about Luis. But today, he made me cry. I left the post office puzzled by how a grown postal worker can treat a 32-yo woman in such a way, then the frustration and anger translated to tears and cried in my car contemplating how people can treat other people with such disrespect and unkindness. I went to the post office because I’m not a mailing expert, and by going to the post office I was seeking help. He got frustrated at me and kept saying how unprepared I was. This confused me because I don’t know how I could’ve prepared at home, I should have took out my personal stash of usps priority mailing envelopes and written the address on usps labels ahead of time I guess. Still shook by this man. I hope he finds peace somehow.

Joe was super helpful with all the questions I had. It'd be 5 stars but there was a bit of a line which is completely out of Joe's control. Then again it was around lunchtime so it could've just been bad timing
