Don’t bother going they have no clue how to print a prepaid label wit a tracking number for a priority mail and they are no help. I had to go to a different usps and they knew right away how to do it!!! Don’t bother going there unless you have a simple request. The clerk came going to her manager saying “ we don’t do that here …..” clueless ! . Why don’t you call the Braintree headquarters they will train you !

When I walked in she was sitting down on her phone and when she saw me walk in she rolled her eyes and slowly got up to help me. I had a very heavy package and she just stared at me as I struggled to put it on the scale for her. Once she told me I was all set I asked for a receipt and she said "what do you think I'm getting for you" and then slapped the receipt on the counter. She said have a good day and looked to the next customer. I will be doing my mailing business elsewhere. This location needs to hire better staff.
