  This store has awful customer service. What happen to respect for older customers that are not savvy with Automated returns! The young girl waiting on me had no patience and no interest in assisting my needs. Will never return to the cohasset location again. And I will spread this word and experience all over the cohasset / Scituate area!

  All employees at the UPS store in Cohasset, Ma. were so nice and helpful when I wanted to send a package. Very nice place and very pleasant people!!! Thanks to all!!!

  These are the rudest laziest store owners you will ever meet. As a customer of Amazon and UPS you will get free training on how to scan and create labels for your returns as well as package them up for the employees so that you work for them for free while they stand around chatting and you do their job. They will demand that you do it and that it’s Amazon policy that you work for them for free and if you don’t they throw your items at you and throw you out of the store. After speaking with UPS corporate today it is absolutely not a requirement that you scan, label and ship your own items. It is a courtesy just like a self service at a grocery store. I have filed a complaint with UPS corporate and it has been escalated and I will be receiving a phone call in the next 24 hours and I will update this. I also contacted Amazon and informed them that I was thrown out of the store for saying I will not do their job for them. Amazon not only let me keep the items they refunded me for the items and they gave me $100 credit on my credit card and that call is being escalated. So many people have told me they have had a similar experience there. More people need to write Google reviews and call corporate. This behavior is unacceptable. Your response is laughable. The patriarch of this store, took my shirt and threw it at me and then pointed at the door and screamed to get out. There was only one other customer in the store. You were not busy and the matriarch of the family was insisting that Amazon wants me to scan it over there and that you would not take it, which is a lie just like your response to this review. And once again, your response is that all of the customers should have understanding of how badly you treat us if it is that difficult a job for you to run that business then give it up and look at all of the reviews other people saying how rude you are to them. I’d like to know who wrote that response clearly it was some lawyer or spokesperson for you.

  This UPS store has been such a convenience over the years. Very full service and many of the staff are helpful. Occasionally get the irritation with Amazon returns but probably to be expected!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid next day early morning delivery ($260) to ship medication and the package was not delivered (not the Cohasset stores fault) but when I went in person to put in the claim I was met with resistance, short responses and empty promises. I was told by an employee that the claim was submitted as she brushed past to help another customer, not even giving me the time of day. When I asked what the claim process looked like and the next steps I was told I would receive confirmation via email. I had provided both my phone number and email when I shipped the package and also wrote it down for them a 2nd time on paper for them to contact me. A week later, after not receiving anything I returned to the store where I once again was asked to write my phone number and email, ( this was the 3rd time providing this information to them). After another week passed still without any information, (not even a phone call as I was promised) I returned a 3rd time and was rudely told that my claim was in process and I should check my mail. I then asked if someone could look into this in more detail since I hadn't received anything and it had been 2 weeks since the claim was put in, at this point I was told again to check my mail and then to move aside and that I was holding up the line and they were busy. Rude, dismissive and unhelpful. ** UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review I received a phone call from the store letting me know my claim was processed and accepted. This was the first time my email address was checked/verified to ensure it was entered properly, and we uncovered it was incorrectly input. The phone call was very helpful and took less than 5minutes. It is a shame that this level of customer service was not initially given from the beginning**
