- JLJorge LuisNov 6, 20151.0Chicopee is the worst usps delivery services. Twice ived tracked two ittems out for delivery @ the sametime but only one ittem gettes dropped off. The firstime I immediately called the office and were able to track the mailman and sent hom back for that delivery. Once the mailman returned he wasent happy @ all so my wife heard a loud bange on the front screen door like of something was thrown at it and there was my package. The second time one got deliverd and the other package remains lost. I called they say "we will have to wait and see if we find it cause it might have ben dropped on the wrong load". Chicopee usps sucks!
- AМама ГаляSep 6, 20152.0I'm not sure if this specific location is responsible or not, but I order often from amazon with the two day shipping, and if needed I often pay for 1 day shipping. However, when they ship with USPS often I would get a notification that "the delivery was attempted" when it really wasn't. One time I remember clearly that the fresh snow fell out, maybe 1/4'', and I received a notification that the delivery was attempted, and there were not footprints on the snow. I went to the post office to show them the video to show that noone even stepped on the fresh snow, and I was told that "your driveway/house probably wasn't accessible because of unshoveled snow" really? 1/4'' needs to be shoveled for mail to come in? Today, for example, we were expecting a delivery of my boys' birthday presents, and again I received a notification that the delivery was "attempted" but was unsuccessful. My boys were sitting by the open doors, waiting for the delivery. The truck didn't even show up! If the office is closed, or cannot MAKE a delivery, maybe you shouldn't say that you attempted a delivery, you probably should say that either you don't want to go out and make the delivery, or something else. If you cannot make a delivery on a specific day, don't accept the shipment, let the customer ship with a different company who can make the delivery.
