  I try not to do this as much as possible, I like to review positive experiences I have in the valley when I can.. when I can’t, I internally debate what to do and in this instance I feel the need to help others so they don’t end up where I am… this is not the UPS. This store apparently has nothing to do with the UPS… upon receiving a large check basically ripped in half that I had been expediting from everyone and their brother i figured who better than to bring it down to than the exact company that was responsible for delivering it to me. Upon inquiring in store, I was told that the UPS store is infact NOT affiliated with the UPS… the woman basically told me to pound sand and then walked away from me to lock her doors(I showed up right around closing.. something I never like to do but, like I said, this check was important..) make that make sense…. Furthermore, they would not be able to help me file a claim, document the damage and issues, or help me at all. In fact, they ragged on the UPS for allowing it to be sent how is was and said they’d never do that… still trying to come to terms with how the UPS store is not affiliated with THE UPS…. I’d say the best thing that could be done would be the *actual* UPS not allow stores to name themselves “the UPS store” unless they’re actually affiliated with the UPS and can help with UPS deliveries, claims, etc… very disappointed, out of my control, frustrated, not heard… add another week till I can receive my funds.. at whose expense??! Mine. Thanks “the UPS store”

  This is my go-to store for mailing packages, and I've never been disappointed. This past Christmas season (2025) particularly impressed me. As busy as the store was (and it WAS busy!), the employees were calm, efficient, knowledgeable, patient AND friendly. Every one, every time. Thank you!

  I stopped by this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return, following the instructions that said to bring the box in so they could print the label. Since Amazon sometimes checks the contents, I didn’t tape the box shut. When I handed it over, the clerk told me it needed to be “ready to ship” and that taping it would cost a $2 fee. I understand stores have policies, but this felt unnecessarily rigid. It was a simple misunderstanding, and taping one strip of tape would’ve taken a few seconds. As someone who works in customer service, I would’ve appreciated a little flexibility — tape it this time, then let me know to seal it next time. Instead, it came across as nickel‑and‑diming. Not the worst experience, but definitely not the most welcoming. I’ll just have return at a later date with a taped ready to ship box. Update: I just change my review from three stars to one. It’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. After reading through other reviews, it seems this is a consistent issue across UPS locations. I’ll be taking my business to Kohl’s or Staples from now on.
