Everyone is so nice and helpful and I almost always choose UPS as the carrier if I can bc I know it will be quick and easy going into this store. Unfortunately I had a bad experience today with someone behind the counter. I had two heavy and awkward boxes so was waiting by the mailboxes in line . The woman who works there (who is very nice) directed me to go up to the desk and pointed to where I should go. My boxes were heavy and I had to place them on the counter in front of the person she told me to go to . Not sure if he’s new as I have never seen him there . He was finishing up with another customer. He completely snapped at me . Asked me in an exasperated tone to wait to be called as there was no room for my packages, I explained to him that the woman who works there told me to come up there and he just kept muttering under his breath at my rudeness to come up to the desk. It was embarrassing and not really acceptable way to speak to anyone, never mind a customer. I do acknowledge there wasn’t much room and had no plans to go up to the desk until one of the customers left but the other employee directed me there. Having said that, the person who did end up helping me was very nice and this is the only bad experience I’ve had there . Just disappointed .
