If a po box number wasn't correctly added to an envelope/package/certified mail, etc she just knew where and who it belonged to by its name or address. She took the time to get to know the townsfolk. I have had several pieces of very important, time sensitive mail get "returned to sender". Its extremely aggravating to know that these pieces of mail are making all the out way here just to be returned. When this happens it costs me time and money. On average it takes about 2-3 months longer for me to receive mail, and that's just the mail I KNOW I should be receiving. Really disappointed in how things are being run now and after talking to several other townsfolk I know I'm not the only one.
